2014 Dealer of the Year Award Criteria

Being named Dealer of the Year is a true honor, especially because it reflects our achievement in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. To qualify for the award, dealerships must receive a minimum of 25 reviews over the course of the past calendar year, as well as a minimum customer rating of 4.0 out of 5.0. Camelback Ford received almost four times the number of reviews required to qualify and we have an excellent 4.4 rating! Once past the qualification round, DealerRater uses a Bayesian algorithm to give each dealership a PowerScore and those with the highest "grade" in their brand category are awarded Dealer of the Year.
