For those who live in Phoenix, Vegas is a close destination that makes for a fun weekend trip. There are already plenty of exciting things to do in the City of Lights, but some big news has been announced about a new attraction that’s going to be mind-blowing.

Early next year, SPEEDVEGAS says it’s going to offer a unique new supercar experience that’ll give visitors a whole new reason to shout “Viva Las Vegas!” The company recently got permission to turn a portion of South Las Vegas Boulevard into a racecar lover’s dreamland. Guests will be able to ride the latest supercars on a skillfully designed course inspired by Formula One circuits and watch from indoor and outdoor observation decks as others take a spin!

Among the muscle cars that will be available, SPEEDVEGAS’ press release listed the Ford Shelby Mustang! The course will feature adrenaline-inducing turns, elevation changes and an awesome straightaway that’s comparable to some of the world’s top tracks, and soon Vegas visitors will have an opportunity to experience it all behind the wheel of a legendary Shelby Mustang.

The new experience will be one that can only be had in Vegas, giving new meaning to the saying, “What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.” In addition to the racetrack, the facility will include a multilevel Welcome Center, Event Center and café, and it’ll be large enough to accommodate thousands of guests.
