Ford is changing the way people look at mobility, offering new physical and digital solutions that make getting around easier. Via a new mobile app platform called FordPass, commuters can access several exclusive services and get “Appreciation” perks from affiliated companies like 7-Eleven, McDonald’s and Spotify.

FordPass is a free app that’s available to anyone, whether you drive a Ford vehicle or not. A few of the program’s key parts include:

FordGuides
Similar to a conciege service, FordGuides enables users to receive free assistance with a variety of tasks via phone or chat. For example, if you need assistance booking parking for a concert, a FordGuide can walk you through options and help you reserve a spot.

Marketplace of Mobility
Ford has joined forces with several mobility companies, including FlightCar, ParkWhiz and Parkopedia, giving FordPass users the ability to use each company’s services in one easy to access place. Paying for services is simple too thanks to FordPay, which is integrated with the app.

FordHubs Experience
In addition to offering digital solutions to commuters, physical FordHubs locations will be opened in several cities. The storefronts will provide a unique experience for visitors, who will be able to see the latest FordPass features, special city maps, vehicle reveals and other exclusive events.
