It's easy to integrate all smartphone information into this large screen. ST-Line Elite models also boast standard partial vinyl & cloth sport contour bucket seats with handsome red stitching. Platinum models are striking inside and out with their body-color rear spoiler, coast-to-coast LED lightbar, and dual chrome exhaust tips. The Ford Escape also comes in a plug-in hybrid edition this year, an extension of this traditional trim lineup.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2024 Escape Have?

The 2024 Ford Escape offers a 1.5L 3-cylinder engine rated at 181 horsepower. Its second gas-powered engine is a turbocharged 2.0L 4-cylinder with 250 horsepower. If you choose a gas-powered Ford Escape, it will come with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Plug-in hybrid Escape models come with 210 combined horsepower and use an e-CVT gearbox. When properly equipped, the 2024 Escape can tow up to 3,500 pounds. That's a big help to active families.
