The Camelback Ford Lincoln Vehicle Technology Specialists offer a mobile service to teach you, the customer, about all the features of your new vehicle. Whether it's spending time with you going through SYNC at your home or office, or leading Saturday training sessions open to the public.
We offer this service for free and aim at nothing less than your complete satisfaction. Our staff is highly trained and Ford-certified to ensure that you receive the very best education possible. We will patiently work at your speed and at your level. Whether you are put off by technology or have a double Ph.D in Robotics and Advanced Theoretical Computing from MIT, we can assist all skill-levels.

With 10 years of Customer Service experience, Patty is an expert at keeping customer happy. She has worked hard to teach our customers all about the Microsoft SYNC and MyFord/MyLincoln Touch systems.
Patty has two children and they are the light of her life. Her favorite Ford is the Mustang, because a girl likes to have fun AND look good!
