Actor Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson recently teamed up with Ford to present an injured veteran with a brand-new 2018 Ford Mustang. The vet, Marlene Rodriquez, was on hand to receive Ford’s prestigious Go Further Award when she was surprised with the vehicle.

A combat veteran with three tours under her belt, Rodriguez received the Purple Heart during her third tour when she was forced to leave the Army after suffering a traumatic brain injury. She became the first woman to join the Chapter 49 Military Order of the Purple Heart.
