Can a Ford F-150 Balance on Four Coffee Mugs Without Breaking Them?

On National Geographic Channel's new science/comedy show, "Duck Quacks Don't Echo," host Michael Ian Black proposes that four coffee mugs can hold the weight of a truck.

To test out his theory, a regular cab Ford F-150 is suspended above a set of plain ceramic cups and then slowly lowered down on top of them. The truck weighs a massive 4,800 pounds, compared to the mugs, which we'd guess weigh no more than a few pounds total.
